When it comes to remodeling, there are so many sources available to help you create your dream kitchen or bath – both major players when selecting a home. One thing to consider, the house either needs the bones to make your dream happen or (in an ideal world) already have had the changes made.
Everyone spends a lot of time in the kitchen, so having a space that allows people to hang out and while you cook is key. Ever wonder why when you go to a party everyone is in the kitchen, even though there’s an additional 1000 sq. feet they could be in?

Let’s not forget the bath. The current trend is to remove the “garden tub” and either put in a glamour shower or a free-standing tub. A glamour shower is an oversized space with at least two shower heads and possibly body jets or a rain shower from the ceiling. The trend originated in high end and 5-star hotel and resorts that are creating “The Oasis” in the bath for total luxury. My philosophy for exceptional living is, “if you create luxury in your home, you go home to a vacation spot every day.”
